JBoss Purchases Arjuna Transaction Service Suite

"Arjuna Technologies Ltd, the centre of excellence for reliable distributed systems, today announced it has sold the Arjuna Transaction Service Suite (ArjunaTS) to JBoss, Inc., the Professional Open Source company. The Arjuna technology will be made available as open-source software and will provide the transaction technology for the JBoss Enterprise Middleware Suite (JEMS). With this sale, Arjuna Technologies is announcing a closer relationship with JBoss. As part of this, JBoss will leverage Arjuna's technical expertise in the area of advanced transaction deployments, consultancy and training.".

Arjuna announces OEM agreement with webMethods
